I personally have been coming to 2/42 since March 2015. I invited my mom to attend with me Easter service and both of us have been coming every weekend besides for the weekend after her accident at home. We use to attend church all the time than my grandfather passed away and my mom had a hard time bringing herself back to church. Although, since listening to my stories that I learned and how happy I was she loves church just as much. Now I was never raised reading a Bible so I never understood the readings at our previous church. At 2/42 I am always writing the scriptures to go back home and learn more about it. I love the personal stories that all the pastors add to their teachings it makes you realize that this is real life and that we all can relate to it in one way or another. I already am processing so many next steps. I work with head start and really want to serve soon with Studco and kidco along with one on one. I am ready for the next adventure. What this devoted commitment means to me is that I trust God more and that everything that happens is in his hands and out of my control. Along with loving him more and knowing he is always there for me. I am truly blessed to be calling 2/42 my home church and this will be the first time I am tithe to a church and couldn’t pick a better kingdom to donate too that is going to flourish the country and other countries.
